Emanuel works with shareholder families, founder teams, foundation boards and boards of directors on governance, succession and on staffing and developing non-executive and executive boards. He works as a sparring partner to decision makers and facilitates exchange in discreet settings.

Emanuel was born in Innsbruck and grew up within old and branched families. He studied political science, law and business at the University of Vienna and at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Prior to starting his group of companies, Emanuel worked with Egon Zehnder, was Founder and CEO of the donation platform Impactory, worked as Vice President Group Development and the Chairman’s Chief of Staff with Swarovski and as Director Sales with Groupon. He started his professional career with McKinsey & Company.

His private passions are his family, his mountain farmhouse in Eastern Tyrol, international politics, traditional card games, food, classical music and formal balls.
